These are a few of my favorite things!
I loath the supermarket- but! One of the most beautiful things is a full fridge.
There is something extra scrumptious and exciting when you get to use all of your fresh new food! Warm oatmeal with brown sugar, cinnamon, maple syrup, honey, blueberry Greek yogurt, and sliced kiwi- get in me.
And omigoodyummyness- let me tell you about tuna steaks. They can be quite fabulous when you have your own personal grill master. And on a sunny day- life can’t get better.
Today I just existed. I woke up when I wanted to, I did laundry when it was convenient, I watched a ton of television, I read and blogged. John and I watched his parents dog, Gizmo, and took him on the slowest walk in the history of walks. Getting down a block legitimately took 15 minutes. Not by choice, but by tiny dog legs.
Being lackadaisical is refreshing every once in a while. Try it sometime.
How do you Sunday?! What’s your idea of the perfect sunday?
Waldbaums?
Actually they opened a King Kullen in island park where those bars and restaurants were.
And the tuba steaks are from Jordan’s in island park- gotta go fresh and spend the extra money!
Excellent! My mom and I used to shop there in the 60s/70s.
I love the fact that I spotted the unhealthy barbeque sauce in the back of the fridge 😉
We can play I spy the unhealthy! It’s mostly is condiments! We have a thing for them. I try not to keep junk in the house but limit my intake. Instead I snack on healthier options and enjoy my food on the weekends!
Fair enough! I think limiting your intake is perfectly normal. I do the same really. Nothing wrong with a bag of crisps, as long as you don’t finish them
That’s a lovely idea- except in my case, once you pop the fun don’t stop! Hahaha
Hahaha likewise. I wasn’t being very honest earlier!
Your day sounds like heaven. World’s slowest dog walk and all! Love the title, full fridge and sunshine, some of my favorite things too! PS ~ I’d like to come over for dinner some time!! hahaha
Anytime you’re in the area I’ll get my main squeeze to cook something nice for us 🙂 but we are also partial to great restaurants!
Thanks! hahaha I am partial to great restaurants too. You know, trying to make it easy and all. 🙂
